"I mean, what the fuck, Louis—What are you even doing here? Am I supposed to believe that you actuall miss this?" He gestured toward the apartment building. "It's not that fucking hard, Lou. All you had to do was say something. Do you know how long I wasted before I realized that you'd stopped caring? I embarrassed myself by waiting for you, by giving you so many fucking chances."
Louis sighed, defeated. "Harry, I loved you-"
"Yeah, you loved me," interrupted Harry, "and I love you. That’s how we ended up here, because I couldn't see the fucking difference." Harry's tears were washed away by the rain that poured over them. "Can't you just leave, Louis? Haven't you already done enough?"
With Harry's words, Louis walked away. An emptiness settled inside of Harry's chest.
